Name: Yarisha Singh
Details: Yarisha Singh studied at UCT School of Dance and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Music in Dance, achieving a distinction in Choreography. Thereafter, Yarisha embarked on her professional career as part of Adele Blank’s Free Flight Dance Company and with La Rosa Spanish Dance Theatre. She is a qualified teacher in Cecchetti Ballet, received her certification in Advanced Ballet and Advanced Spanish Dance. Yarisha has been lecturing Contemporary Dance at UCT School of Dance since January 2003. She is a guest teacher and choreographer for the Cape Junior Ballet Company.
